Kentucky State University will be hosting an Agriculture Workshop on managing and diversifying small and reclaimed lands for economic returns on May 19-20. A detailed schedule for the workshop is available for download. Many of the sessions are focused on honey bees and beekeeping. Other topics include goats, pastured poultry, rabbit production, vegetable production, and grant programs.
The workshop will be held at the Wilkinson/Stumbo Convention Center at Jenny Wiley State Park in Prestonsburg, KY from 9:00 – 4:00 ET. The event is free and includes lunch.
